Krayton is operated by Oussama Hadji, an individual based in Algeria. A Paddle company is the seller and merchant of record identified at checkout and on your receipt. Paddle processes payments and refunds. This page explains our additional first-payment guarantee and the steps to stop a subscription. Paddle’s Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights also apply.
If Krayton is not right for you, ask within 14 calendar days after your first subscription payment for a full refund of that payment. You do not need to provide a reason. Email kraytonsoftware@gmail.com from your account email, or submit the request through Paddle buyer support and mention this Krayton guarantee. We will help arrange the refund through Paddle. If your first month was discounted, the refund is for the amount actually paid for that first payment, including tax where applicable.
After any first-month offer, the subscription renews at the standard price shown before purchase. To avoid another charge, cancel before the next renewal. A renewal is not automatically refunded because you cancel afterward. If you think a renewal was charged in error, contact us or Paddle promptly with the receipt so it can be reviewed. Your rights under local law and Paddle’s policy remain available even after our first-payment guarantee ends.
We charge no cancellation fee. Unused time in a canceled month is not automatically refunded, because access remains available until that month ends, unless a refund or legal right applies.
Email kraytonsoftware@gmail.com or use Paddle buyer support. Include the email used for checkout and the Paddle receipt or transaction number if you have it. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We will review the request and coordinate with Paddle, which returns approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. The time for money to appear depends on Paddle’s processing and your payment provider. A refund may end access to the refunded subscription.
Some countries provide withdrawal, defective-product or other refund rights. Those rights are not limited by this page. Paddle’s Refund Policy explains the rules for your location and how to exercise them, including through its customer portal where available. If a payment looks unfamiliar or incorrect, contact Paddle or us so we can investigate. You still retain your lawful right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.
