These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Striq AI mobile application ("App") operated by Striq AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Striq AI is a boxing training and fitness application that provides AI-powered coaching, workout tracking, and training programs. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Important: Striq AI provides boxing training guidance for fitness and self-defense education purposes only. We do not promote violence of any kind.

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially boxing training.
• You exercise at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur during training.
• AI-generated advice is for informational purposes and may not be suitable for your specific health condition.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective store's policies.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including workout programs, AI coaching responses, design, logos, and code, is owned by Striq AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (custom workouts, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content as necessary to provide the service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users through the leaderboard or any social features
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
